De Anza College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of Schools

and Colleges. Average class size is 35. Their popular majors are Accounting, Animation, Automotive Technology, Business, Child

Development, Computer Applications and Office Systems, Environmental Studies, Film/Television, Graphic Design, Intercultural Studies,

Manufacturing and Design Technology, Nursing, Paralegal Studies, Technical Communications.

 

 Foothill College

Foothill College is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Foothill is also accredited by the American Dental

Association Council of Dental Education, American Medical Association Council of Medical Education and Federal Aviation Administration.

 Glendale Community College 

Glendale Community College was founded in 1927 to serve the needs of the people in the Glendale Union High School District which

included La Crescenta, Glendale, and Tujunga. Glendale Community College has a college-credit enrollment of about 15,000 day and

evening students. GCC is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of

Schools and Colleges, an institutional accrediting body recognized by the Council for higher Education Accreditation and the U.S.

Department of Education. Glendale Community College accepts credit for courses completed at colleges and universities that have been

accredited by one of the regional accrediting associations. Currently they are under accreditation review since their lastly received warning

Santa Barbara City College

Santa Barbara City College is a comprehensive community college serving the south coast of Santa Barbara County. Established in 1909, SBCC is renowned as one of the leading two-year community college in California - and the nation. The college has a wide range of associate degree and certificate programs, as well as transfer programs that provide the first two years of study toward the baccalaureate degree. Students are attracted to SBCC by virtue of its outstanding faculty, small classes, state-of-the-art facilities and numerous student services.

 Green River Community College

Green River Community College is a two-year public college in Washington state that offers degrees and certificates in academic and

professional and technical programs, as well as courses in continuing education and developmental education. GRCC is accredited by the

Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities, an institutional accrediting body recognized by the Council for Higher Education

Accreditation and/or the U.S. Department of Education. In addition to the institution being accredited, several Professional Technical

Programs have earned special accreditation or recognition in their field of specialty. They include Computer Reporting Technologies,

Natural Resources, Nursing, Occupational Therapy Assistant and Physical Therapist Assistant.

 

South Seattle Community College

South provides opportunities to complete the first two years of a bachelor's degree program; to train
for rewarding careers in more than 31 professional/technical programs; to update job skills or change
careers; and to complete high school and improve basic skills. The college also offers a four-year degree,
a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Management.
